They don’t care about helping people, and if they can’t help you, you’re out of luck. They provide a service, and I was not satisfied. I paid almost $200 for a service, and I was the one who paid the pharmacy for the prescription, so I don’t understand why I’m not able to get a refund. Because I had my prescription filled, they said I could not get a refund. So I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. The pharmacy was nice enough to fulfill my prescription, but they would not be able to do it again unless I had a prescription from a local doctor. From the beginning, Done was very slow to respond when I was having issues finding a pharmacy near me to fulfill my prescription, and when they did, it turned out that they were incorrect. I was hoping that Done would be a safe and convenient way to get my ADHD under control. I’m located in California, so traditional ADHD medication is regulated a little more strictly. It also looks for other conditions such as conduct disorder, oppositional-defiant disorder, anxiety, and depression. One positive review noted: Easy service, saves so much time. This 55-question assessment tool reviews symptoms of ADHD. However, the good reviews all pertain to Done’s simple, easy, and non-judgemental approach. Their negative results on this website all seemed to come down to their communication being limited and oversold. I basically just wasted $200 and gained a lot of stress for nothing. TrustPilot had plenty of Done ADHD reviews, with 68 positive, 5-star feedback. They have no contact support and they literally don't get back to you about anything they just give you a generic answer and they don't even look into your issue. She did not seem to know anything about mental health. On top of that, she cut our appointment short to go to the next appointment. They didn't even send a prescription to the pharmacy. but guess what? It's been 3 days and I haven't even received anything. Then she said she sent a prescription for a medication I didn't want. Then she tried to push an an anxiety medication on me that I didn't want or need. Bear with me here, because this is one of the most important parts of this article. So I took to third party sites like Reddit, Trustpilot, Facebook, and even scrolled through some Instagram posts to get a real pulse. But where do they land It’s always hard to tell. Was just seeing if it was a sham or if i should check it out Cause dodging the bull shit of treatment would be amazing. Apparently they have specialists and are working to take all the thats hard with adhd parts out of treatment. I told her what I was suffering with and she just dismissed everything and said I had "anxiety" when I don't. Done boasts a lot of reviews online (both positive and negative). So my moms sent me a video that was basically an ad for a new ADHD specialist service called Done. Our Verdict Done ADHD is an online subscription-based treatment plan for ADHD that makes it possible to get ADHD care from anywhere, and it’s ideal for those who need professional help in the most convenient way possible. My nurse or doctor was 15 minutes late to our 30 minute appointment. I am almost 100 percent the positive reviews for this company are probably fake.
